Item arrived on time and was exactly what we hoped for.

Bought the scooter for my grandson for his birthday. At the end of the day, the scooter itself is reasonable quality, especially at the price. However, there were issues encountered assembling it…… 1) The instruction leaflet is poor quality and inadequate. 2) I used my own tools to assemble the scooter. The scooter came with a very basic stamped-out spanner which went straight into the bin. I’m glad I didn’t have to rely on it!! The brake leavers were loose and needed Allen keys to adjust and tighten them. You can’t do that with the spanner provided. So the scooter would have been unusable. 3) After assembly I pumped up the tyres. One of them would not inflate. It had a hole in the inner tube. Rather than dis-assembling the whole thing and returning it, I bought a puncture repair kit. But this didn’t work after three attempts. I then had to buy a new inner tube off Amazon. This fixed it, but only after a couple of days and another £15 later. It’s just poor quality control by the manufacturer and buying the cheapest components they can.

Was for my sons 6th birthday, took us 5.5 hours to put together as the instructions don’t match the product completely so most of it you have to guess. The front handlebar falls backwards when you put pressure on it no matter how tight you tighten the bolts. And the brake cable at the back seems to ping off which came preassembled.

A little fiddly to put together and the tools provided were not good enough to tighten the machine Properly and would have liked to have had a cover for the brake leads

This looked like a great little scooter but if you dont know how to put together a bike , its very difficult! The tools , one spanner does not fit the nut fastening on the handlebar pole so had to buy one that did. The brake cables need to be fitted securely to make it safe for your child to use. The instruction manual reads as if there are pages missing. Only 3 pages with photos that are dark and unclear. Its a real shame because you are not forewarned in detail about how much you need to know about bike assembly before you buy this scooter. None of the spanner hexagon holes fit the main frame pole securely which lead to scratching the pole when making it higher. After all this I could have paid a bike shop to put it together safely or returned it. I will be returning it and hope for a full refund as I couldn't help but scratch it due to a poorly designed tool. 7 other customers have reported this problem yet nothing has been done about it.
