As always efficiency it's gonna vary person to person but there seemed quite effective for me. It's a fairly unique blend based on lions main.The taste is absolutely awful but as long as you swallow the capsule quickly it shouldn't be too much of a problem.These actually work out to be pretty good value for money so definitely recommend this if you're looking to try lines main for the first time.As a side note the actual bottle itself and the labeling all looks very professional and high quality and certainly gives a trusting impression of the manufacturer.

One of the first things I noticed as I write this is that the price had a major reduction from when I acquired it to one that seems competitive for a mix of different mushrooms, said mushrooms all being hailed as superfoods for their effects. Said effects include things like brain, heart and immune heath as well as enhanced energy (though some people may get put off by cordyceps knowing its origin).That said I do feel like these sorts of mushrooms especially lions mane has had somewhat of an effect since I started taking supplements that have it due to me usually having brain fog all the time. I suppose I haven't gotten notably ill either and I can exercise a little longer but I can't possibly prove those two things were because of these in particular. That said this is probably pretty recommendable as a gateway supplement for people to try the effects of a variety of them before possibly choosing to get seperate ones of their choosing (or maybe continuing with this).
