Awesome weight easy to use and cleans do well. Very happy with this machine.

I bought this when my other machine stopped working. I wanted something commercial-grade. It is definitely heavier than my last machine but I love the big reservoirs and the ease with which you seat them and clean them. The machine pulled up so much dog fur from my carpet (AFTER I had already vacuumed it with my Dyson vacuum cleaner) that it was a little astonishing. This machine was easy to assemble and easy to use. It does not leave the carpet or upholstery sopping wet, which was great. Two thumbs up!

Excellent item as described. It's a shame those who handle the product brought it damaged. Poor handling by the transport company. But the item is excellent. 200% recommended.

As others have noted,it is heavy and somewhat combersome. However it works 2X as good as any other I have used!
