I bought a pillow a few months ago that I was (and continue to be) very happy with (see my other reviews). My wife also wanted one, but it was a bit too high for her on one side (the high contour). The measurements on this pillow were a bit lower, so I bought one to try. I tried it first to compare it to my other pillow, then my wife tried it.My opinion: This is also an excellent pillow. It feels like it uses the exact same memory foam material as my other one, which is great. The rebound is exactly the same, the feel is the same high quality, and somehow (don't ask me how) they've managed to create a pillow that's firm enough to support my neck, while still feeling soft enough to give me a full night's comfortable sleep.The pillow has a very high quality protector on it, which unzips for easy washing. It feels silky and smooth to the touch, and the workmanship on it is top-notch. The memory foam inside is then protected by yet another cloth cover, which is stitched all around. Very nice.When I unpacked it, it took shape immediately. It had a slight smell to it (off gassing from the new foam), but this was greatly reduced after 24 hours, and gone in 48 hours. So I suggest leaving it for a day after unpacking before using it. But my wife says I have a freakishly strong sense of smell, so maybe you won't even notice. She didn't.The high side of the contour is visibly lower than my other pillow. My measurement shows 4.9" on the high side, and 3.63" on the low side. The high side on my other pillow is 5.4". I was looking for a lower high side for my wife, so this was perfect.The sleep on it was excellent. I slept soundly all night, and never felt uncomfortable like I do when pillows are too soft or too firm. I could easily live with both pillows, but I'll never have the chance because my wife took this new one for herself permanently.My wife's opinion: My wife is a picky pillow person. I have an entire cupboard full of failed pillow purchase attempts (a.k.a. the pillow graveyard), so I was nervous buying this one. I'm in Canada and this came from the US (much cheaper for these pillows in the US compared to Canada!), so I knew returns would be difficult. Well, no more worries.The first night she used it, she said it felt firm for her. She was used to a much softer pillow. However, she said this pillow clearly supports her neck much better, and she slept better than she had in a long time, so she committed to continue using it for a few more days to see how it feels. By the 3rd night she was already used to it, and said this is her new permanent pillow (yay!). You have no idea how many complaints about pillows I've heard from her over the years, but this pillow has finally satisfied her. The height of the high contour side is perfect for her (she's 5'6", slim). She prefers this pillow's height over my pillow. She generally tosses and turns a lot, but that has been reduced as well. And I'm not sure if she's noticed, but I've noticed she comments about pain in her neck a lot less. That means the pillow is doing a great job.This pillow is a winner. I recommend it. My wife recommends it. Give it a try.

Good for neck issues. Has cooling and firm feeling. Only issue is it smelled so bad out of the plastic shrink wrap. So was before you use.

Absolutely love this pillow, spinal surgery has left me with limited movement. And was hard to find a pillow that could help relieve pain. This pillow actually does just that, it helps me to sleep, a sleep I haven't been able to do in 14 years. It's a life changing pillow for myself.

We’ve purchased more expensive pillows for this same shape. Holds up very nicely and the cooling touch is a great plus. This pillow is being used on a 5’2” body that has had neck surgery in the past. Most pillows don’t cut it, but this one she was able to get comfortable almost immediately. I’m very happy and will definitely purchase this again when the time comes.

I had a “normal” pillow and would wake up almost daily with “crook” (that’s what I call it) in my neck. My husband was getting annoyed with massaging my neck every morning. I have not had any neck pain since using this pillow. It it very firm yet conforms to your head. It does not, however, provide that “pillow” feeling where your head feels like it’s on a fluffy cloud of wonderfulness. But I guess it’s not supposed to. In conclusion, yes it solved my neck issue but leaves me wanting more. I’m still on the search for my perfect pillow. 3 stars because it solved my problem but doesn’t seem really worth the price.

Wonderful rest the last two nights with this cervical pillow. Supports my neck and has eliminated waking up with a headache. I am sleeping through the night without waking up. What a difference a good pillow made for me.

I purchased 2 pillows. The pillows had no oder and the outer fabric and stitching is of good quality. The pillows are iextremely soft and could not support my neck properly. I have issues with my neck and need medium to firm support when I lay on my back and side. I have bought a variety of different brands over many years and this pillow is extremely soft in comparison to other brands. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because my husband loves his new pillow. He likes soft pillows. I need firm dence neck support for back and side sleeping. I gave my new soft pillow to my 8 Year old Grandaughter and she loves it.
