Only okay for me
I have a friend who swears by this. Visits the UK from Canada and always buys some to take home. I guess it depends on the type of cough. Mine was severe, I was barking like a walrus and almost giving myself a hernia every time . I suppose I was expecting too much of any cough linctus really.
