Works well if you pay attention to the dosage
I can't believe people are giving bad reviews because the dosage is too high for them. That is a you problem, not something that is wrong with the product. Pay attention to what you are buying and maybe do some basic internet research first.ANYWAY...this worked as well as a more expensive brand. I plan on purchasing again.

Dose Too High For Me...
I really enjoyed taking this at one quarter of this dosage so I thought I would feel great taking this higher dosage. I was wrong. It made me feel a little anxious and slightly paranoid I think. I think that maybe I should be talking to my psychiatrist and psychologist before I try any type of supplement that incorporates something that I know is used in strong mental health drugs. 5mg helped me sleep. 20mg made me feel nuts. This is definitely something to go slowly with. I'm still going to give it four stars because this company makes high quality products at an exceptionally good price. This one just wasn't for me.

Great supplement
Honestly it works very well, I noticed my emotional balance change after a week of use. Taste is fine, it digests well with food of course and I don’t see any side effects. The pills I wish were a tiny bit smaller but other than that I can’t think of any negatives. It seems to follow regulations very well and has a good name behind it.

It did not work for me, 20 mg was too much, i had a terrible headache, I had to stop it😩
