I have been using the Pumkot Advanced Silicone Scar Cream for a few weeks now, and I am already seeing positive results. I purchased it to help fade a combination of old and new scars, and it has exceeded my expectations. This cream works wonderfully on different types of scars. I’ve been using it on a surgical scar and some stretch marks, and I can already see that the skin is becoming smoother and lighter in color. It’s especially impressive on newer scars, which started fading within a couple of weeks of consistent use. For older scars, the improvement is more gradual, but there is definitely a visible difference with continued application. My skin is very sensitive, so I was a bit nervous to try a new product. Thankfully, this cream is gentle and non-irritating. It doesn’t sting, burn, or cause redness, just a soothing feeling when applied. The texture is silky and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue, which I really appreciate. The packaging is great! The pump design makes it easy to get the right amount of product without making a mess or contaminating the cream. It also keeps the product fresh and sanitary. I apply it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, and a little goes a long way, so the jar will last for quite a while. What I love most is that this cream not only helps fade scars but also keeps my skin hydrated and smooth, which makes the scars less noticeable over time. It feels like a professional-quality product at an affordable price.

I do multiple Amazon purchases every year without writing reviews. I feel compelled to take time to share my experience using this product. I had skin cancer surgery (MOHS procedure) on the right side of my face. The surgery was 11/14/2024 and the incision is approximately 2”. It runs just below the inner corner of my right eye straight downward, along the side of my nose. Not the most desirable location. I did have a skilled cancer surgeon, but the incision was hard to look at the first week. Suitors were removed on day 7 and I was told to begin applying silicone scar gel 2x day. I purchased the brand the Surgeon’s PA recommended. It is a thick silicone scar gel and that’s not easily massaged in. Directions noted to wipe excess gel off the skin. After 2 weeks, I started researching best ingredients for new scars and prevention of keloids. That led to an online search for a replacement scar cream/gel. I found this cream, which contained one of the ingredients I was looking for, DIMETHICONE. This ingredient isn’t found in many silicone scar products and I did an extensive search (online, not on Amazon). I read user reviews - 4.9 stars and hoped this product was the real deal and made my purchase. Amazon delivered the next morning before 8am. I started applying 3x per day….every day. That was approximately 4-5 weeks ago. The texture of this cream is very smooth/silky, unlike the other product, which was a tacky silicone scar gel. This cream felt soothing, moisturizing and is easily massaged in and absorbed. No excess tacky product that requires tissuing off, like the other product. Two very different scar formulas and textures. The dispenser is excellent and I feel it helps eliminate product waste. Within one week, I could tell an improvement, but it actually seemed like a sizable improvement…so I questioned if that was possible in such a short time. I kinda questioned if the improvements were really to the degree they seemed. Maybe it was just what I thought -versus- reality of the change that was happening. Hope that makes sense. I started taking nightly pictures every 2-3 days at that point. That way I would have a record of progress and the timeline. Each week the improvement continued - I made sure to add pressure at 4 weeks post surgery when massaging in the cream, which is proven to be beneficial flattening scars. Today, I saw my surgeon and he was shocked when he saw my face. He literally looked perplexed and finally expressed his disbelief over the appearance of my incision. I’m pretty sure his ego is a 10, but even so….he seemed in awe of how my scar looked, just shy of 8 weeks. Honestly, it’s barely visible. Clearly not at all what anyone would have expected based on my incision 7 weeks ago. I have followed all the surgeons post-op rules and protocols, but I truly do not believe my outcome today would be this good, if I had continued using the original scar product I purchased. I wholeheartedly believe this product, with consistent, daily use, plus massaging, has made a substantial difference in my progress and outcome. It has definitely proven beneficial to my facial scar to the point it is truly realistic that my scar will possibly continue improving with an outcome of 90-95% undetectable within another 2-3 months. That’s is nearly unfathomable and far exceeds any expectations I could have hoped for. Simply amazing and a gift. Hence, the reason I felt compelled to write this review. Skin cancer is scary enough and compounded if surgery is required and the location is on your face. I’m beyond grateful for early cancer detection, an excellent cancer surgeon and a product that offers superior results in scar enhancement/removal, especially when it’s in a highly visible location. Thank you to the company/founder that created this formula.

I’m one of those who never writes reviews, but this scar cream absolutely deserves a 5 star review. Thank you to whoever came up with the formula! Unfortunately, I have excoriation (skin-picking) disorder. Around spring of 2023, I picked at a bump right in the middle of my eyebrows pretty bad, which since left me with a scar that’s been the bane of my existence and I’m very self-conscious about. The scar is about the height of my eyebrows, and the width is a little less than the bridge of my nose (“normal” size facial features, I’m a woman). It’s a circular shape- the center is raised, textured (not completely “flat”), and firm. The outline is sunken in and indented. So it’s definitely ugly and sticks out compared to the surrounding skin. I’ve spent LITERALLY thousands of dollars on scar products (skincare/makeup in general), and really any product that may help. In April 2024, I even had a fraxel laser treatment & steroid shot injected into it by my dermatologist. This did help some, or obviously atleast more than any of the products (creams, silicon strips, exfoliants, etc) I tried. But this is an expensive treatment, and for this scar, I would’ve needed to probably do a couple more sessions to see really good results. A couple weeks ago, I randomly decided to take another look at scar products on here, and thankfully came across this product. Although there weren’t thousands of reviews, I was still impressed by the high rating and others’ reviews so decided I would try. As of now, I’ve applied it less than 10 times. I wasn’t consistent on a daily basis the first couple times.. but literally after the second application, I started noticing improvement- The center is flattening and softening, and in some parts it’s starting to “merge” back with the surrounding skin. The textured lines are disappearing. The outline is starting to look normal, less indented, and “merge” back with the surrounding skin between my eyes. This is the REAL deal. I have tried everything and so many brands. Now, I’m applying it whenever I can. If you’re on the fence of purchasing, just try this before ANYTHING else!!

Seems to work but I also use in combination with other products

I wasn’t expecting this product to actually work. I have used scar tape and bio oil which I found messy and fussy with not much scar lightening, but this product actually surprised me. First thing, I love the dispenser, easy to use and it dispenses the perfect amount. Secondly, you rub it in and it disappears, with no sticky residue. Third, and most importantly, it works, my scars are supple and have lightening so much more than I expected. I was a skeptic but now thinking there may be some truth to all the silicone scar hype.

This product is fantastic the scarring has gotten so much better. My support worker noticed a huge difference after I put it on. The redness and scarring has gone down completely

Works well but doesnt last. Ive bought these for a couple of years and the formula and consistency of the cream went from thick to runny. It works but im buying double the amount. Thats no accident I guess so hats off the genius who made that decision.

I had a new large scar on my neck and you can barely see it now. I am light skinned and I generally scar white. I did use a religiously twice a day every day for four months. Still plenty left in container. Definitely recommend post surgery.

I purchased this in a haste, by relying on the rating. I am not sure how this product could get even get passed by Amazon, since it has no clear indication of ingredient %, no manufacturer details, no TGA approval numbers. It’s like selling an illegal drug on the website without caring about customer’s’s wellbeing.It’s really concerning since one has to apply to an open wound! Don’t risk one’s health & do steer away from a product of unknown sources.
