The product is great, it’s just the delivery time that took so long it took 24 days to get it delivered I believe if this can be sorted it’s great.The product is absolutely great it’s not very heavy it’s easy to use and comfortable.

The product is fine. Didn't match up to my expectations, but Seller is horrible!
I bought this product from Comfybean, apparently based in Pune. I put my return request with Amazon, however a person from Seller's end contacted me, and offered to refund 20% and keep the product, however I did not want the product itself I told them to take it away. My return is scheduled on 20 Oct 2024. I tried to contact the seller, initially he was unavailable, after few attempts he answered my call and said he'll arrange for a return but he's unable to find anyone to pick it up, so he'll refund me the entire amount and his man will pick it up soon. I purchased it at rs. 3599 however the seller has refunded only rs. 3185 and then blaming Amazon for the deduction. This was a one horrible experience. I do not wish to buy anything from this seller. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. The product itself is very uncomfortable. It's a fur material but very thin.
