Silicon pad is not worth it
Silicon pad is non of use it gets torn in few uses. I have tried 2 brands and non of works so I don't suggest anyone silicon pad

Big no to silicon socks
Wore the silicon socks for one day and now itching and redness on my foot. Low quality silicon used by manufacturer. It causes skin rashes so think twice before buying.
