Awesome for My Camera and Video Gear (Almost Perfect)
I have tried and own all kinds of brands, cases, bags, etc. for my video and camera gear. Including Pelican, ThinkTank, Tamrac, Tenba, Neewer, Lowepro, even converting a Samsonite for my purposes. Those are all great brands but I wanted something pretty specific and maybe Pelican finally listened to my suggestions but they are overpriced in my opinion.Regarding why this bag is almost perfect for my needs. First it has 4 sets of wheels to allow for easier transport from the studio to locations. Pelicans and ThinkTanks have two sets of wheels which adds to fatigue when transporting long distances to location.Next this bag is lightweight AND durable. The metal hinge was a requirement. And the locking clasps were also a requirement. As mentioned, I tried different brands and approaches. I find Pelicans overkill and end up being too heavy. Their AIR line is ok but overpriced. ThinkTanks are durable but also overpriced. My Samsonite conversion broke the hinge and zipper after a few months of use. It's been almost a year of daily use of this bag and all latches, hinges, and zippers are working well. And the thing that tops it off for my needs is the value. This is well priced. There is definitely a price hike for bags and cases designated as camera, photo, or video. So please keep these priced as a good value. Reasonably priced with good durability. I don't need to drive a truck over my cases. I don't even need to sit on or stand on my cases. But I do need them to last daily transport from studio to location. Plus, I need them to withstand being opened and closed dozens of times a day while on location.Feature design requests for my needs as a videographer/photographer but probably not for travelers. Can you make a photography/videographer line of cases? Can you make the medium suitcase just a little bit deeper? Maybe just 1-2 inches overall. Or rather than a 50/50 design where the lid is 50% and the bottom (side with the retractable handle) is 50%, can you make the lid 35% and the bottom 65% or thereabouts? This will help keep lenses, camera bodies, and larger items on the bottom side. Currently I put those on the lid side (left side) because the retractable handle takes some depth away. Not a huge deal but less convenient. Those are the heavier items and it makes the lid harder to lift. Plus shifting the ratio away from 50/50 makes storing longer lenses easier by having some medium length lenses also be stored vertically rather than horizontally. You don't want to go too long in one direction either or it ends up being wasted space. This is a big flaw with a lot of Pelican designs where they are too deep on one side and too shallow on the other side. Also, if you made the camera bag inserts and dividers that would be awesome! Currently I use inserts and dividers from other manufacturers and they are not a perfect fit. Thanks for making a great case! Also, honestly look into what it would take to compete in the camera/photo/video space. There are manufacturers with thriving businesses in that space but I think they are all lacking in some way.I should just make a video at some point.

Great functional design with hinges, 2 latches, sturdy constr., nice features. Good price point.
This is a replacement for my old faithful 12# 2-wheeled Samsonite hardside. I need a spinner to lighten the handle-weight! I've shopped an assortment of zipper-spinners, and concluded I must have hinges (because I don't like the loosey-goosey-feeling of the zippers when the bag isn't chocked full, and when it's opened up). I prefer a bag with 2 defined sections, and you only get that with center-opening hinges (as opposed to a top "lid" with a place for a laptop & everything underneath the laptop in one compartment). So though this bag is heavier than I would like (8.7 lbs), it ticks off all my other criteria. I've tried other hardsides that are a pound lighter, but they are flimsy feeling. All the fancier brand-name bags that offer similar features are slightly-to-much heavier, and more expensive. So at just over $100, this is a keeper. Here's what I like about it: It's sturdy with reinforced corners (tho I've never had a dented corner on my old Samsonite...); has double locks (essential!); spinner wheels are good & functional; telescoping handle has uber-multiple settings (tho it's not important to me); 2 side handles instead of just one (and there's a spring-loaded function that should keep them laying flat & not getting sprung in heavy handling; interior has 2 separate sides (half and half for simplified access to total stuff instead of having to dig to the bottom of just one compartment); one interior has zipper closure, which will be nice for keeping loose things contained during inspections & quick openings; other side has sturdy grosgrain ribbon x-style straps with adjustable feature. Only thing missing here would be velcro to hold down the adjustable loop excess. I can add that by hand if needed . . . I usually keep a spare Tshirt under the lining just in case I forget my PJ's, and there's easy access to tuck things in under the lining as desired. All in all -- it's just what I've been shopping for, and after 6 or 7 tries, I finally got it right! Yahoo! Off we go!!

Tough, secure, beautiful, functional, great price
This is the best suitcase I've ever had by a lot. I love the zip up cover inside and how one side is wider so you never accidentally open it the wrong way and spill everything. It has held up extremely well to the abuse of airlines. The lock doesn't accidentally spin when it gets bumped around like my other one. Not to mention it looks amazing, people always think I'm transporting something very important or expensive in it just because of how nice it looks. The shock springs on the wheels are great to, it handles bumps like nothing. Only issue us one of the rivets popped out for the straps on one side but I really don't use them anyway and I'll pop a new one in when I get a chance or remove them completely. Great product, 100% recommend

Sturdy, straps are too short or have been attached in the wrong spot
It looks pretty nice and it seems pretty sturdy. The wheels roll pretty well and steer nicely. The only real downside to this case is the positioning of the inner straps. For some reason they are so short and attached so low inside of it to be able to snap it insecure contents is to do it over a very small amount of clothing or it won't reach. I usually end up with a few pairs of pants in the bottom with the straps clipped over that and then more clothes on top of that which means that the stuff on top can move around or fall out when you open it. If I get close anywhere near to the lip of even that one side I will never get it to snap
