Oh so good. Price but excellent. I would write a poem if I could rhyme. So far I have only used for KetoMaria steak sauce. So good.

Used on jar to make a bunch of truffle butter. Cut slices into small pieces prior to adding to Irish butter. I wish I remembered the proportion of butter to truffles, but I want to say I got about a cup and 1/2 from my production. Froze 1 cup in 2 separate portions. Used the fresh butter to make a delicious baguette with camembert and caramelized red onions. Highly recommend. Note: these are thinly sliced and crunchy.

The one-star rating is for the erroneous country of origin. "England" and "produced in the UK" are both entered on the cardboard sleeve. The bottle is unlabeled. The labeling on the lid lid is strongly in variance with that shown on the Amazon entry: "Truffle Hunter, Black Truffle Slices". That's all. For all I know, the flavour may be superb. But, Italian, it is not!

A very special indulgence! The truffle aroma builds anticipation and brings an elegance to any dish!

It’s unfortunate because the product is really good BUT you take the chance that either the product will leak in the packaging or the jar seal is not tight. Granted, the seller and/or Amazon will refund your money however this could all be solved if this was well packaged. As i said - the product itself is delicious.
