Really like this to drink in between padel games. Replaced Lucozade sport which I find too sweet. This is also much better environmentally and budget wise than taking individual bottles. My son is using the orange for footy but I prefer the red. I use 3 scoops for 1litre which lasts me a match. TOP TIP for mixing - add your powder and about 50-100ml (so there’s plenty of space in your sports bottle) and shake for 10 secs. Makes sure everything dissolves!

I bought this product, to start long distance running again at the age of 46, and fair play , on my runs when , I get tired 250 mls of this gets me over the line would highly recommend, good price also.

Mixes ok but it's so bland in flavour. They put all this supposed effort into the product but it just tastes powdery and bland.
