I ordered this box of High strength magnesium and potassium supplement from the recognised wellness company Suisse. The supplement is in powdered for, to dissolve in water creating a pleasant tasting lemon flavoured drink. I appreciate that thr supplement contains a good mix of vitamins and minerals which together are often taken in the hop of combatting physical and mental fatigue. As well as the magnesium and potassium, you get a broad mix of immunity supplements; vitamins C, d3, and zinc are well tolerated with a great reputation.The magnesium included is in the form of magnesium oxide. I found this to be confusing as it is magnesium glycinate that is often talked about with connection to nervous system health. Magnesium oxide is mostly talked about in relation to heartburn and indigestion; gastro issues.Therefore despite the fab presentation and ease of taking it, I'n not 100 percent convinced that this is the best targetted supplement for fatigue and to replenish the nervous systemFOUR STARS

I am using the product after weight training or running and give me a faster recovery and not the same tiredness.

A very very good product that was used greatfully over a month and worked better than expected.Not only do they provide potassium but electrolytes and some other base minerals as well.Easy to use this product is something that I have purchased repeatedly and works well.

This is a quality product from Swisse, made in Italy. You get 24 sachets of high strength potassium and magnesium for optimum health. The sachet contents are dissolved in liquid for easy absorption. The Amazon page is informative.

The Magnesium & Potassium supplement comes really nicely presented in a professional looking high grade box and packing. Made in the EU ( Italy ) which is a positive for me as generally products made in the EU/UK have to abide by strict hygiene and quality standards that other parts of the world might not.It tastes... o.k.. Whilst not the nicest thing in the world most people should be able to tolerate the lemony flavour.So why has it lost two stars in my review.1. It uses Magnesium Oxide which isnt particularly bio available so not considered high strength as such but it is useful in helping reduce blood pressure reportedly but you may want to do your own research.2 . The pottasium citrate is 400mg per sachet, this maybe considered a top up as most humans require around 4000mg a day of Pottasium so perhaps it just a maintenance dose on top of what they expect you to consume naturally but again the maths dont work for me. Again you may want to do your own research3. They state on the Amazon page, half the dose if there is signs of intolerance but they dont tell you want intolerance signs to look for.So as a supplement its very hit and miss on paper but presented nicely and not difficult to consume.
