I hate this laptop!! I spent $3000.00 on a model that my 10 year old laptop has better features. This laptop is very slow. It takes a heavier tap on the keyboard than any laptop I have ever owned. It also is extremely HEAVY. I am still surprised by the weight every time I pick it up. It is not a touch screen. Even my laptop from ages ago was a touch screen. The charging cable comes unplugged at the slightest movement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I did have this reviewed at 2 stars. but I had to come back and change it to a 1 star. It is that bad.
