This is a quality product for sure,it simply did not work for me.l tryed many adjustments,but did not alter the product in any way. It simply did not provide adequate pain relief in my case. May work great for others.

This is the 2nd brace like this I have bought. This one is way better than the 1st one. I have thick thighs and the design and adjustable straps are amazing, so the size fits perfectly. It stays in place for the most part. I work 12 hour shifts and due to the amount of walking, I do have to adjust it a lot, but that is okay. It has helped relieve my meniscus tear pain by 90% with the amazing support it gives.. The quality is the best I have seen in a brace.

After years of doing physical labor jobs my knees cartilage is very worn out at 44. Usually I am good but during the winters now when the temperatures drop my knees hurt a lot especially when doing projects such as working on my vehicles. I have used other regular compression knee braces and they are ok. I bought this offloader to try it out, looking at the design it makes sense. After receiving and using I was so impressed I slept with it on. It is doable but could take some getting used to. That week I ordered it I was having a lot of pain from a recent project. It does its job in transferring weight from your thigh to your leg. If you are mobile and mechanically inclined this is easy to install and adjust to your comfort level. For others that are not will require help. I love it so much I am going to buy another one for my other knee. I prefer to use these when needed before I take any steps towards surgeries that I rather avoid.

I started to refund this because I couldn't get the 4 band/strap attachments to fit my leg. Then I remembered that the straps were adjustable. I found where they could be tightened. I'm so glad I didn't return it. Once straps and upload were adjusted, bone on bone pain on one side of the knee was gone. I've worn the Ovation for 2 days now with pain gone. I can't praise this product enough. Decades of wearing elastic compression knee braces, which didn't work, are history.

This is a durable and well constructed product. Unfortunately, it was not a good fit for my father’s thin 95 year old build, something I was concerned about before I purchased this item. But he wanted to at least try it.
