Good quality product, taking the strain out of showering.
Bought for my mother, this shower chair has taken the strain out of showering for her. It's comfortable, easy to assemble/disassemble and very sturdy. Good range of heights, but it's quite broad, so check the dimensions against your shower before ordering. (Mum has a wet room.)*Warning* - The footprint of this is necessarily limited so it will fit inside a shower. - Never attempt to put it so the backrest is downslope as it will be unstable. (The rear legs have very little rake.)*EDIT* APRIL 2019: Last chair served well for almost two years, and I made sure all the fixings were tightened after each use, but sadly one of the fixings gave, so I've ordered an identical replacement. - I still consider it a 5* purchase, just be aware it will need replacing. - AND make sure you clean it regularly, including the underside. - Because of the warm and humid environment it stays in, mould and mildew are going to develop on it otherwise.

Sturdy and well built
I bought this for my elderly parents and it has stood the test of time (albeit, only 2 years so far). Taking one star off as its not the most comfortable to sit on.

Good for the job intended!
I bought this for my mother and father-in-law due to them living with us. They both have deteriorating mobility. This shower chair was a god send. They were still able to get into the shower by themselves and feel independent. We added a handrail onto the shower wall to help with lowering down onto the chair. The slot for the shower head was a helpful addition so they didn’t need to stand to pull down on put back. They both said it felt safe when they sat on it. Was a bit fiddly to put together but overall fantastic product

Good Product, Appalling Assembly Instructions
While the seat is overall good and fit for purpose the provided instructions for assembly were completely inadequate. The instructions include 3 vague text only steps at the centre of an A4 sheet of printed paper, there are no diagrams or mention of which screws to use, or that there were infact different sized screws at all. the first step is correct and is OK but after this it is all WRONG! as a result I nearly drove a long screw right through the plastic seat to the other side before realising something was wrong.here is the correct way to assemble...for clarity items included are:* 6x short screws* 3x long screws* 2x large U-Shaped tubes* 1x small U-Shaped tubes* 2x L-Shaped tubes* 1x Plastic Seat* 1x Plastic Back rest1. lay seat upside with the arrow facing you. this arrow is the front of the seat2. place the 2 large U-Shaped tubes in cross into to the provided grove. the ends should point up and the centre of each tube is shaped differently to help you to fit one in-front of the other.3. screw the large U-Shaped tubes at the front holes with short screws using the provided washers4. place the small U-Shaped tube over the crossed tube lining up the holes at the centre and back. ensure the open end of the tube is pointing to the back of the seat.5. use the 3 long screws in t he centre and 2 back holes to screw the small U-Shaped tube on to the Large U-Shaped tubes6. turn over the seat and insert the short end of both L-Shaped tubes with the long end pointing up carefully into the open ends of the small U-Shaped tube until they click into place.7. use the remaining 4 short screws to attach the back rest to the L-shaped tubes, 2 for each tubeI've provided a completed picture of the under side of the seat to aid these instructions.

Fantastic chair for the money
Bought this chair for an elderly customer to put in his new walk in shower. Fantastic for the price. He too loves it. Loves the two handles moulded into the seat that give him leverage to lift himself up. Fairly lightweight too for manoeuvrability. About 6-7 different height adjustments too.Very easy to put together but a picture diagram in the instructions would help. Luckily a kind customer who bought the product too put a picture on showing the bottom of the seat and where the pieces fit together. This helped tremendously and so took literally 10 minutes to put together. Will definitely buy again if/when I need another one.
