We keep it in the freezer so it’s ready to go whenever a headache strikes, and the cooling effect works wonders almost immediately. It’s also fantastic on hot days for quick refreshment. One of my favorite things is its versatility….we’ve used it on knees, elbows, and other sore spots with great results. Comfortable, reusable, and multi-purpose, it’s a must-have for both pain relief and cooling comfort.

I bought several. They are awesome! My autistic grandson wears it often. Helps with headaches.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:They hurt my eyes and my eyelashes were in the way.

I want to start by saying I love these types of cooling packs for the head, and in general they work very well. This brand works the same way as others; however, I am comparing this one to others that I have used in the past- and there are some imperfections in my opinion.-This cooling cap feels smaller compared to a few others I've used. I suppose this could be good or bad depending on the size of your head. It is a bit stretchy, so it still fits.-Stitching/seams: This brand cooling cap has stitching and seams on both sides where your ears are located. Other brands don't have this stitching on both sides- but rather the stitching is in one place at the back of the head, and is barely noticeable. See my photo #4 for what the stitching/seams look like-they are quite large. This may bother some people by where it's located at the ears/sides of the head.-There almost seems to be too much fabric in the cooling cap I received. My photo #3 shows the excess fabric, which is located at the top of the cap. The other brands I have don't have this excess fabric. This doesn't bother me at all, but I wanted to mention it.-The cooling cap does not come with a special bag for storing it in your freezer. I just used the plastic zip-lock type bag that it came in, which seems to work fine.Overall, I really like the hippie vibe and appearance of this cooling cap, but due to the imperfections I listed above, I would choose other brands over this one.

Does the job for the most part I wish it stayed cold longer. They should be sold in a 2 pack
