These candles really work well in keeping insects out of the house.A single candle lasts me about 4 hours.I highly recommend this.

Well, first of all I ordered a set of 50 candles like these and used them up. So I thought I’d ordered another set but this time I chose the 100 set. I didn’t realize the candles would be less than half the size of the set of 50. So they don’t burn nearly as long and don’t put off the same scent. So I have to use a lot more of them to do the job.Next time I will do better research and get the bigger candles.

I took these candles on holiday to Africa to use in the many different hotel rooms. She stayed in. I can’t genuinely say how well it worked as a bug repellent as I fumigated each room before we bet it down, but I will say that they burned long and well and came in very handy when the lights went out repeatedly. They didn’t leave any smoke or over pungent smell and would burn minimum four hours.

These do work inside but they do not work outside, the slightest wind will blow it out. I got These to use outside but I can only use them inside now, but it's fine, I use 1 everyday near the backdoor so mosquitos won't come in!

So I don't know what kind of candles these are. But they have neither a citronella or any scent for that matter. The biggest issue I had is they did not light, stay lit or burn. IF I COULD GIVE zero (0) stars I would. Most of the time I have not written product reviews, however this product sucked so much that I found myself having to write one. Sure the value for money is there, the easy to use factor is there. This is not an user error issue. There is such a lack of performance in this candles, same size has regular tealights, and adequate durability. Just overall, got these for the price and that they where citronella candles. The logic is there, the execution sucks. I have tried to light more than one, never fails. This isn't a wind issue, this is the candle issue, a product issue. I've had better luck with yankee candle tea lights then these. Yankee candle needs to male citronella candles. Just saying.

Soupy, muggy night. Lit one at my feet on the porch. Burned 4 hrs, repelled most mosquitos. Tomorrow will light 2-3 for more protection. Very happy with this.
