Girrrrrrl... When I tell you that I have been on a JOURNEY to finding a shampoo that my hair and scalp like, I am not kidding. The money I have wasted on shampoo after shampoo only to be disappointed time and time again. UNTIL NOW. I can't say that it stopped my hair fall completely or even at all yet, I still notice shedding. But I do have underlying conditions and am on medication that can be factoring in to that. So many shampoos feel good the first 1 or 2 times I wash, seemingly less hair fall, but then start building up product on my hair that make it feel oily or waxy, so then I need to use a clarifying shampoo to get the product out and my hair feeling normal, meaning I'm having to buy another product just to take care of the first product and it's a never ending cycle and well, call me lazy, but it's a b*tch, girl. Ain't nobody got time or money for all that. I have been using this product for a couple months and I have never once felt like my hair was oily, waxy or building up product. My hair feels soft after washing and for the next 2 days. I'm very sensitive to smells and this one doesn't have a strong scent. It just smells clean. i also had an itchy patch on my scalp behind one of my ears and I noticed recently that it's gone away since using this product. Do be aware that it's not detangling, so if you usually get tangles after washing, make sure to have something for that.. I use my Paul Mitchell leave in conditioner after I wash my hair and it works great. Don't let the small size and high price tag scare you, cause it's worth it. I was at my wits end trying to find something that worked for me, ready to give up. I'm so glad I have this a try. I hope it works for you too!

I’ve been using Nioxin Pro Clinical Hair Fall Defense Shampoo for a few weeks now, and I’m really happy with the results so far. My hair tends to shed a lot, especially when brushing or washing, but I’ve noticed a definite decrease in hair fall since I started using this. The shampoo itself has a nice, light scent that isn’t overpowering, and it lathers well without feeling too heavy. It doesn’t leave any residue and my scalp feels clean and refreshed after each wash. I am also using minoxidil foam before few hours on hair wash and it definitely plays a big role in hair regrowth. The biggest improvement is the strength of my hair. I’ve been using this regularly, and my hair feels thicker and looks fuller. I’m excited to see even better results with longer use. Great product. Used years ago and forgot how nice it was. You have to use for a while to see results, but hair and head feel great after using. My hair dresser told me years ago about Nioxin for hair restoration.

It's not work for me

This is great love it helps heaps with losing hair and thinning hair I use twice a week has made a big difference my hair is thickening up again I have lots of new strands growing back highly recommend I also use a nixion conditioner with it

I was a hairdresser, so I know this product, I bought for my son , he have long hair and the falls too much. He said will see if its work on him. The product will act differently on different people, I mean, hair types, scalp health and reasons for the hairloss

I have been using this for several months. It smells amazing and its got kind of a tingly feeling once applied. I believe that it is making a difference with hair fall, and will continue to use for the forseeable future. It takes time to notice a difference. They do not have a conditioner that goes along with it.

Trying to help myself keep the hair that I have on my head. It’s been 3 months of use and It does strip a lot of the natural oils so make sure you get a moisturizing conditioner. but I will say that I am starting to notice a difference on the sides of my head that you could see my scalp before through my hair, now it’s a bit thicker, less scalp yay! I also started using biotin with this and on occasion I do put caster oil on my scalp before bed and give it a nice massage (then do this shampoo in the am). I think when you’re dealing with hair loss the more tools in your kit the better. I still have 3/4 of a bottle so a little does go a long way. It also has a nice scent to it. Overall pleased will buy again.
