Found this a bit large on the fitting, however, I wouldn't size down as they do shrink a bit in the wash. They are still good for the price.

I bought a large at first, as this is my normal size for workwear. It was way too big so I swapped it for a medium. Fit around chest is OK, but sleeves are very long, and cuffs on sleeves are loose baggy, to the point of flapping around, which isn't good for workwear.I'm fairly average build and shape, and most workwear fits me ok, so found this shirt a bit of an odd fit. Wouldn't buy again

The overall quality of this product is awful. Not worth the money. The sizing is horrendous. The sleeves are incredibly long and baggy, the seems are awfully stitched together, the collar is tight, the sleeves aren’t elasticated and are far too baggy so I cannot use it at work.Awful product. Would rate 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

The size and fit is perfect for my body shape.
