I’ve been using the Simple Modern Insulated Tumbler with Lid daily, and it’s quickly become my go-to cup for just about everything. The first thing I noticed was how solid and well-made it feels. It has a nice weight to it without being too heavy, and the finish looks clean and modern without feeling slippery in your hand. The insulation works really well. Cold drinks stay cold for hours without a ton of condensation on the outside, and hot drinks stay warm much longer than I expected. I’ve used it for iced coffee, water, and even tea, and it performs consistently every time. The lid fits securely and does a good job preventing spills during normal use, especially when moving around the house or in the car. I also really appreciate the size and shape. It fits comfortably in my hand and in cup holders, which is a big plus. Cleaning is easy too. The tumbler doesn’t retain odors or flavors, and it washes up nicely by hand. Even after regular use, it still looks new. Overall, this is a great insulated tumbler that balances style, function, and durability. Great cup. Keeps my beverage cold for several hours without ice for about 6 hours. I think that’s because I put mine in the freezer overnight. I like that it came with 2-screw on lids and 2-straws. The straws fit in both lids. The straws fit snugly in the holes. It doesn’t come with a straw cleaner. Deal breaker? Not at all. It does fit comfortably in my hand. I have been using it daily for about a week and I’ve had no leaks. I’ve filled it with water and screwed the flip top lid on and shook it and it didn’t leak. I thinks it’s a good value.

keeps coffee hot for hours. love the twist on lid...no leaking if I knock it over which I'm prone to doing. there are a few colors I like. it fits in my car cup holder and it's dishwasher safe...it says so on the bottom of the cup and in the online description. I bought 3 when they were on sale for Black Friday and I wish I had bought a few more

I love this cup! I use it with the straw only. It keeps stuff cold for a very long time. I got the cream animal print and it's beautiful! I carry this thing around with me. The only downside is the lid. If you tighten it at all you can't get it off. I have to keep it loose but if it tips over it will leak. It only fell over once when the cats went flying and so did everything else! I still love it and would buy it again.

I purchased this tumbler to have an all white tumbler for product photos for my small business. I wanted something a bit smaller than the current "viral" tumblers with the bulky handles. This holds a good amount of water and I'm able to get through about 4 a day to maintain my recommended intake. The bright white has stayed bright white for the couple of months that I've had it and I have used it daily. Water stays ICE COLD and crisp and ice will last for a very long time (I haven't done an hours test, but it stays overnight and definitely makes it 12+ hours). The seal from the lid is great - no leaks. The straw seal is also a beast, but it kind of makes moving the straw a bit hard if you need to move it up and down. If you tip it upside down, it will leak from the straw - which is kind of a no brainer. :) This cup fits nicely in my hand and isn't bulky... I've noticed that with larger tumblers, if I want to hold it by the base, I risk dropping it because it's SO big and my hands are small. This one is comfortable to hold for longer periods. It also fits nicely in my car cup holder and the powder coating holds up with taking it out and putting it back in a lot - My car has the things on the inside of the cup holder that lock your cup into place and I've had other tumblers that scratch - not this one! This was definitely worth the money and I'm kicking myself for not getting one for my sister when there was the BF/CM sale. She commented on it and wanted one for herself. I would absolutely recommend this Simple Modern tumbler to anyone who was on the fence about purchasing.

I bought this based on a Wirecutter recommendation. We all have our personal preferences for drinking bottles/cups. For this one, I was specifically looking for a water cup to leave in my car. So it had to hold a decent amount of water; fit in my odd cupholder location; be easy and secure to grab and drink from; keep my water cool; and use a straw so I could sip without taking my eyes from the road. I am happy to report that this cup does all of those things and does them with style. I got the teal ombre color and it is gorgeous. Things I love: *The tall, slim design fits my hand well *It looks great *The opening in the lid for the straw actually has a gasket. So while it might not be 100% leak proof, you can knock it over without spilling *It comes with a coffee lid as well. Has a snap closure. Looks like a pretty standard coffee lid, but I have not tested it *I didn't care about Stanley-level-car-fire insulation levels; I just didn't want to get a mouthful of hot water in the afternoon. On a hot day, this still had ice cubes after 5 or 6 hours in the car, and that's enough for me! *The design is easy and straightforward to clean. It seems like it would not hold tastes/odors if you were switching back and forth between coffee and water So why did I take off a star? For me, the straw is what I wanted in the cup design, and I cannot believe how light and flimsy the straws are! Yes, you get two. But honestly they are not any sturdier than the straws you get at Starbucks. It just seems like they dropped the ball on such a basic element. And because my cup is taller to accommodate 24oz and still be slim, the sturdier reusable straws I have only stick out about an inch from the top. Not unusable, just not optimal. UPDATE: I can report that the outside gets uncomfortably hot if you have it in the direct sun for a while (I was sitting out on the deck reading on a hot day). I guess the good news is that there were still ice cubes rattling around inside, so that's a testimony to the insulation. But I was startled when I reached over to grab it.

Very spill proof - the only liquid that will escape is through the straw, which is understandable. Most important is that if you knock it over, the lid will stay on. A splash from the straw is no big deal. It is also surprisingly stable, given that it is quite tall and narrow. It is narrow enough to grip comfortably, even though I have small hands. It’s well insulated and keeps my drinks cold. There have been questions about whether all the parts are dishwasher safe. Mine has been through the dishwasher - bottom rack - about 8 times with no issues. Although I should mention that I don’t use the drying cycle, which would be a lot hotter and I imagine that might melt the straw. One caveat, and this is about Amazon, not Simple Modern. My first attempt to purchase this led to my receiving a pink Thermos tumbler in a Simple Modern box. Had to return it and place a second order. Annoying. Make sure you open the package and check before the return window ends, even if you don’t need it right away!

I also own a large 40oz Hydro Flask that has a handle. I keep the Hydro Flask in the house but like to use less bulky tumblers for on the go. Which is where this Simple Modern tumbler falls. This is advertised as 24oz, I measured the water and it fills more like 20-22oz comfortably. The sea glass sage green color is super nice and the overall design is simple and sleek. I love the minimal logo and that it’s not a focal point of the tumbler’s design. This too is what won me over when I was deciding between purchasing this vs an IRON °FLASK. I was looking for something that was uncomplicated and was easy to clean and this fits the bill. This comes with two lids and two straws. The straws are flexible plastic. They work but to me when I take a sip it gives the water a plasticky flavor. I have since replaced the plastic straws with stainless steel, much better. This is exactly what I have been looking for. Great price as well! Highly recommended!
