Good value for money. For the price of two booster packs (24 cards), you get two full starter decks (120 cards), and not only "budget" cards either. Plus the predetermined decks are designed to synergise and serves as a good introduction to the game, which would otherwise have been too overwelming for us.

A brilliant game. My niece loved it.

Myself and my partner had no idea how to play trading card games before I bought this set. It's a great game by itself and it'll teach you how to build your own deck which you will want to do by the end. And like the name implies it's a gateway to help you play other trading card games like magic the gathering etc.

Love this game, it's fun to play and this is a great way to learn before going on to buy more cards, build your own decks and collect Lorcana. Comes with everything you need to play the game, with step by step instructions to take you through your first games and introduce new mechanics gradually. The board I got doesn't sit flat and the seams are looking dog eared, and like they may rip soon after only a few games which is a shame although once you know how to play and have moved on in experience with the game you don't even need a board so it's no biggy. If you're a fan of TCG's, Disney, board games or all of those things then getting this at £18 is a bonus and a great deal!

This is a great introduction to the Lorcana card game, especially for kids and families learning together. This is an excellent product to start kids and adults into TCG gaming. This isn't a product for collectors or competitive gamers. The way the product is set up and how you should do certain actions to "unlock" the additional cards is perfect, as I was able to learn it with my 6-year-old and enjoy it multiple times. Be aware that very good reading skills are needed for this game to resolve effects and strategize. Now, my daughters want to have bigger & better decks because this product really helped them to enjoy the learning.
