Favorite Product Option for Conjak Noodles!
I’m a big fan of these noodles, but they often end up being too soggy or mushy. However, thes were an exception. They absorbed all the sauce and were incredibly flavorful. They retained their shape and texture, which is a great quality. I’ll definitely be ordering them again, and they’re a fantastic carb substitute that doesn’t compromise the integrity of a dish.

Better than others IMO
Waited to make an apples to apples comparison. I have used 2 other brands to make chicken noodle soup and waited til I had made it with these fettuccine noodles. As with the others I did not notice any smell. These came with a pouch inside another tear open bag. I followed the instructions to rinse, and these said to boil for 2 - 3 mins. I then added them to the stock already cooking. These noodles are not as wide as the others and there is a bit more (by weight) in the pouch. They don't seem to be as al dente as the other and I feel they absorb flavors a bit better. I also tried the angel hair. Followed instructions and added them to sesame oil in my wok for some stir fry. They seem to absorb the flavor fine. These will probably be my go to in the future as not only do I like them better but they cost a bit less.

Less chewy than other brands
I recently tried Soeos Konjac Noodles as a more budget-friendly alternative to the konjac noodles I usually buy. I wasn’t sure what to expect since some low-cost brands don’t quite meet the mark, but I was pleasantly surprised! Just like other konjac noodles, they don’t have much flavor on their own, which is great for soaking up sauces and seasonings. One thing that stood out, though, is the texture. Compared to other brands, Soeos noodles are softer and not quite as chewy. They’re still chewy, just a bit more tender, which I actually enjoyed as it made them blend better with different dishes. They’re perfect for anyone following low-carb, keto, or paleo diets. For the price, I’d say they’re a solid option, especially if you’re looking for something easy to mix into meals.

Must have for low calorie diets
I have these on monthly subscription! I'm on a low calorie diet but I like to be full. These things are AMAZING! They are the same texture as pasta or lo mein and I use them in those recipes for a tiny fraction of the calories. They don't really have their own taste but take on the taste of whatever you cook them with, soy sauce, tomato sauce etc. I highly recommend!

Great taste
Very tasty. Usually konjac tastes rubbery when it's in thin noodles but this flat fettuccine shape is a lot more palatable. Price is good, and didn't have any issues with smells or particulates out of the bag. I have no idea if it's truly as low calorie as it advertises, but I assume it's nearly no calorie. I'll have to try it out for awhile to find out.

Great noodles
I love these versatile noodles. Perfect when trying to have lower calories but need volume to stay full. These do not have any flavor so you can add them to whatever. I use them in spaghetti as well as Asian meals. Kid approved & Great value box. Will keep buying.

Decent Substitute for Standard Noodles
These do not taste as good as "regular" egg/wheat flour noodles. They also have a slightly different texture. However, if you cannot eat that type of pasta (due to carbs, calories, or other reasons) this is a great alternative! To prepare these, you will want to drain and them rinse them very well. After rinsing thoroughly, dry them out as much as you can. Then, use these like other pastas. I also recommend cutting the noodles while preparing them -- for me, the shorter noodles are much more palatable in a finished dish. I use food safe scissors to cut them while they dry. These noodles end up being a bit chewier than traditional ones, although starting with them very dry seems to help decrease the chewiness quite a bit. These are a great way to create a base for a meal. Each bag has enough pasta to make a satisfying lunch, or perhaps a dinner with a few additional ingredients, for one person.

It's like chewing on a plastic bag.
I researched how to cook them before digging in and no matter what I did, I could not get them remotely close to the texture of a noodle. The best way I can describe it is if you gook a plastic shopping bag and cut it into strips, that's what the texture is like. There is no taste or odor, but the texture is absolutely awful. I am genuinely baffled how anyone with at least two working senses could stomach these at all, let alone as a noodle replacement.

Great product best price I can find

Great substitute for traditional noodles! They don't taste like much on their own, but they definitely absorb the flavour of whatever you’re making. I usually put them in ramen or pad thai and it turns out great.

I'm diabetic & not allowed to have pasta anymore. I use spaghetti squash or Konjac now. It's not the same as rice or flour pasta, but good product as a substitute.

You want a great low calorie alternative to pasta ? This are perfect, for the best cooking, cook the pasta on their own at medium / high for at least 5-7min to lower the squishy feeling, delicious
