Does it contain sesame oil? Im trying to find nasya oil without sesame oil

Ponaris oil is made with cottonseed oil and only one i know of without sesame oil

Is this product vegan?

Probably not, because Ayurvedic medicine is not vegan.

How do I use this? I can't read the tiny directions.

I put a small amount on a Q-tip and swirl around in my upper nose to prevent mild allergies. Also works well to lubricate and prevent nose bleed in high dry climate.
