These are easier to take rather than adding the resin to a drink and messing around with the sticky resin.My preference is the resin, but these are handy to have alongside for days when you can’t make a drink to add the resin too.Some additional info on Shilajit from my own personal findings are below:I’ve been using Shilajit resin for a while now, trying these capsules I haven’t noticed a drop in the benefits and my energy levels are the same as when I was taking the resin, so I’m happy the dose gives me the same benefits and effectiveness as the resin. Shilajit can be taken in a few different forms, but the taste is an acquired one and so for me capsule form is best. I have been taking Shilajit for about a year now & I do think they help with boosting my energy.These contain 10000mg of pure ShilaJit per capsule & it is recommended that you take two per day. Each pot contains 60 capsules, so you are getting a month's supply not two as the description suggestsThe capsules are easy to swallow. They are flavourless, which is a huge bonus and don't really give off any aroma either.Overall, these are a good source of ShilaJit and trust me capsule form is the most palatable way to take it

A good dose in tablet form. Much easier than taking the resin and has a decent effect. No bad taste and easy to swallow. Good quality would recommend.

I love the concept of "destroyer of fatigue" from these. I have heard of Shilajit for a while and so was excited to give this a go.
