Making sourdough using a proofing basket
I just started making sourdough bread and needed a proofing basket. Bought a second basket after seeing the amount of dough I had made. The cloth liner keeps the basket clean. I hand washed the cloth liner - wasn't sure if the liner would survive machine washing.
