So far, this potato starch has been an excellent coating agent for deep frying chicken and pork in my wok. I look forward to trying it with stir frying Beek and cooking fish.

I accidentally wrote a review on this seller in error! I am SO sorry. This product is perfect, I am trying more recipes at home, many of them Asian, and they call for potato starch. This makes THE best fried chicken and wings! I always wondered how restaurants get that delicious crunch and this is their secret! So glad I found this!

I like it. It’s not as heavy like cornstarch that starts thick and gets runny. This is more reliable at a loose consistency that stays like this longer for gravy and soups

I bought this to use in gluten free baking. It didn't take me long to realize that gluten free baking is a monster all of it's own. I won't be using it for that, but it does work well for making thickener for soups and gravy. The taste is just like any other thickener so no problem there. But there are other options that I prefer, so I most likely won't be purchasing this again.

It does what it’s supposed to. Works well in the recipes I’ve tried.
