Q: Will this help firm up bingo wings?

Um, not sure what are ‘bingo wings’ but guessing it’s unsightly flab where there ought to be triceps? I have found these clubs very good for rehabbing injure shoulders and heavier versions for excellent total shoulder workouts. Have done some triceps exercises with them but would recommend a medicine ball, rubber skinned like a basketball, for triceps. Check some YouTube videos for beginner tricep firming and strengthening exercises.

The weight is 100% solid as it's supposed to be in this type of Indian Club, it's not "loose" at all.
