These earbuds are perfect if you want something comfortable that doesn’t go inside your ears. I love that I can still hear what’s happening around me, which is great when I’m out jogging or biking. The product received was faulty as the earbuds were not getting switched on despite charging it fully. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY POOR AND DEPLORABLE QUALITY CONTROL IN THE COMPANY. The amazon site had allowed 10 days service center replacement by the company and were unable to get a quick replacement. BOAT customer care access was very difficult resulting in poor interaction and complaint raising. Their replacement process is cumbersome and have intimated replacement after 14 days...thus inconveniencing the customer who now cant buy it elsewhere whereas he needed the product immediately. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE BY BOAT. They should have instead refunded the money or sent a gift card number(for the same product) so that the customer could have bought the product from their local store thus ensuring the customer buys only the same product. This way the company would have ensured ONLY their product is bought and customer would also be happy for quick availability of product which he wanted.. As regards Amazon platform..THEY SHOULD DESIST HOSTING SUCH COMPANIES WHICH HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESOLUTION ABILITIES.

I had Shokz for 5 years and needed new not-in-the-year earphones. The design of the Airdopes Progear looked good on paper and the price was fantastic. I confess that I was skeptical about it, but wow, did they surprised me in a positive way? I run a lot and hands down that the boAt Airdopes Progear are better than Shoks with regards to comfort, battery life, sound quality and connectivity stability. The only thing to be confirmed is the durability. I hope they last but even if they go on for 5 years it is probably a good by. The only feature that annoys me is the fact that it always connects at full volume. Depending on the device can be seriously loud. Now I learned never to connect whilst wearing them.
