The media could not be loaded. Bought this mainly for rotary mop pads which is found in more expensive 55k robots , mopping is super good but vacuum suction at 4000pa seems average , I couldn’t tell the difference though on suction power so should be alright I guess , noise levels are low. Ecovacs had more suction for same price but no rotary mops. Great replacement for house maids when it comes to mopping!!Pros: 1.Rotary mops2.Build quality 3. Self cleaning mops4. Easy mapping Cons1.Bit expensive compared to competitors like ecovacs2.Low suction power, could’ve give at least 6000pa for the asking price3. Accessories availability is difficult from oem 4.You have to carry station if you have multiple floors since there’s no manual way of filling water, has to be via station which is cumbersome

I purchased 2 robots. Product is decent (have several issues but still decent). But their support is zero.During purchase they kept on delaying the installation so that return period pass.I installed myselfAfter 2 months, faced problem. Asked company to send technician. It's been 2 months and still getting same copy paste reply for my 10+ emails, that kindly wait for 5 daysSo, buy if you can afford chinese product without warranty

I am very happy with my Dreame L10 Prime. The product is excellent – it has powerful cleaning, smart navigation, and works very efficiently. The build quality is solid, and it makes daily cleaning so much easier.

The media could not be loaded. Being a technical person checked the performance extensively.Self charging ... OK, Returned on itself to station after charge depletion.Dry Mop/Wet Mop .. FineWashing of Mop pads after specified area is Wet mopped ... Does efficiently and after wash resumes the task from where it left for washingDry Vacuuming .. Good suctionObservations:1. It crossed 1 inch door frame easily .. did not expect that2. It cleans AROUND small obstacles like Leg of the Table. Runs around it leaving a very small uncleaned area.3. ( Specific to Indian conditions ) While cleaning the power failed. Robot went mad searching for reference signal from Base station.( Nothing wrong .. but the designer should modify software so that the Robot comes NEAR the base station and waits for reference from Base till the power resumes under such conditions )( This problem has reduced rating by one star to 4 stars :(.

Works very well as expected.App is also supportive without lags.Easy to use and understand.Value for moneySuction power is adequateCoz of small size easily goes under the furnitureMopping features are customisable for rooms and selected areas.

Hello everyoneI am writing this review after using the device for 6 months. It cleans and mops the house well. However after 6 months of usage it started showing problem and stopped cleaning well. The vacuum stopped working all of a sudden. Till date I have been trying to get support from the company however they have failed to respond. I have been calling them and mailing them since last 1 month however I have received no response. Their after sales service is totally non existent and pathetic. Considering that I would not suggest anyone to go for this device. AVOID PURCHASING THIS DEVICE AT ALL COST.I am writing this added section after waiting for another 15 days with constant reminders for repair. So far no response received. Poor serviceEDIT 1I am writing this after raising multiple complaints after 39 days, I have not received any response from the customer care team. I have tried calling the customer care number and sending repeated reminder mails, but they have simply turned a deaf ear to the problem. I would not suggest anyone to waste hard earned money on this device.EDIT 2I am writing this after 2 months of raising the complaint. Again I have not received any response. They have pathetic after sales performance.Edit 3I am writing this after 3 months of raising the complain. So far havent received any response from the company. Please dont go for this product. Its after sales service is very poor.

Product works as expected. Cleans thoroughly. App is friendly and efficient.

Does what its meant for and works with app only. No issues for for few months but started malfunctioning after few months even though still working. Accessories like mop pads, brush are not easily available for replacement.After sale support not good as technician has not visited post complaint to fix malfunction issues
