Good but not enough to warrant double the price
I like this chocolate, it's very tasty but for me I genuinely don't know a huge difference between this and other much cheaper white chocolate when used in a ganache or melted. I think that it is much easier to work with in that it is easy to make a ganache and feels more difficult to wind up with a split situation but saying that, I don't think the flavour is anything much over and above what I can purchase at a supermarket for half price. I will use this for special occasion cakes and baking but I think on a general level I will continue to use supermarket chocolate for your average day today baking. one thing It would be nice nice if this came in a resealable bag as it is quite a large bag and you would be unlikely to use it all at once.

Ich bin auf diese Marke gestoßen, weil ich eine Nussallergie habe und die Schokolade von Callebaut fast die einzigste ist, die ich essen darf, ohne Spuren von Nüssen. Die Konsistenz ist super, z.b für überzogene Früchte, als Schokoschnitten fürs Frühstücksbrot,..... Geschmack superlecker! Kann ich nur empfehlen! Kaufe ich auch immer wieder.
