The most amazing incense. The smell is luxurious and clean (as in none of the chemical smokey sticky smell of cheap incense sticks). Well worth the money

A deeply multilayered scent, woody, earthy, oriental and clean. Calming and invigorating. Great value for money, our box has lasted a long time.

A really nice combination of amber and cinnamon. A tad smokey for me so I tend to only light half a stick but the resulting spicy aroma tends to linger for awhile. Doesnt leave a smokey after-smell like some of the cheaper Nippon Kodo incense (Morning Star). The sticks are thin though and do break easily. Great to have a large box full.

Daughter love it

I have been looking for this incense for 2 years now and found here. This is a special treat to myself but for me it is overpriced. I understand that this may be down to import tax and transportation cost but this is the most expensive in the range too. Sadly this wont be a regular purchase due to the high cost.

Nice and subtle. Light and beautiful. Less horrible smoke than many brands. Highly recommendable. And even the box is a work of art.

Lovely scent and good value for money

I just ordered two more boxes of this exquisite incense. Like most of the Japanese incense I have used over the years this one gently spreads a fragrance through a room without becoming overwhelmingly cloying or pungent. I also like that the burn time is 30 minutes and there is very little smoke. Plus 260 sticks of incense per box is a bargain. I use this incense when I first awaken and also just before going to bed. I also use it during my daily qigong practice.

Comme son cousin tibétain, l'encens japonais ne contient pas de tige central en bois, plus fin donc plus fragile, il sera à manipuler avec précaution. Son odeur rare et subtile saura vous apporter les odeurs exotiques de l'Asie avec une note de cannelle. Si vous avez une grande pièce 30-40 m2, je conseille d'en brûler 2 à la fois. Son diamètre est de 1 mm, sa durée de combustion est de 30 minutes, il laissera des cendres séches dans son receptacle, pas de fumée irritante, pas d'odeur de tabac froid.
