They have elastic cuffs and the heel is reinforced.These socks are described as fitting men’s 6-13 size and women's size 7 and up. I don’t know what “and up” means but I’d say size 8, maybe 9 and reaches just above the ankle. The message on the bottom is a gold, puffy imprint. The balance of the vibrant design is mountains, trees and the moon, weaved into the socks. These would make great stocking stuffers or for when a small gift is needed. They do come in a nice gift box. I recommend these as a fun, novelty type of product.

I got these panda socks as a little extra surprise for my son’s 24th birthday, and they were a hit! He’s always had a soft spot for pandas as well as comfy socks so these absolutely fit the bill. Super soft, great quality, and the pandas are adorable. He wears a size 10 shoe and they fit well with a bit of stretch. I also want to mention that the box they came in was really nice - perfect for gift giving without having to repackage anything. A fun, cozy gift that brought a big smile!
