The decorations are vivid and cheerful. The package contained everything that was advertised. It was a bargain buy. The decorations are true to size--plenty of fish, sand border, waves, bubbles, as the octopus is adorable, but requires assembly. It would be a great craft project for a young child.

The sizing of everything is perfect for my bulletin board and the colors are bright and vibrant as it shows on the side. I like that everything had a good decent size and it wasn’t all itty-bitty size. I would definitely recommend this. It’s such a cute bulletin board. And I personally actually use it for my welcome bulletin board in the beginning of the year and then I will also use it as an ocean theme bulletin board towards the end of the year without the welcome sign of course.
