I got this shilajit because of social media, sadly, however I'm really happy I did. I've been putting it in my morning coffee every day. I've heard that it tastes bitter in warm water so I took the warning and have just put in my coffee. I definitely noticed a difference in my energy level, and I'm someone that used to drink 3+ energy drinks a day (don't do that, it's terrible). I feel better in general when I use the shilajit. I'd say it's definitely worth it and one jar easily lasts me month if not more.

I can’t believe I got this for $10. It came with a usable spoon played with gold that matches the box and the sticker on the pot that was secured neatly with a band to said box. The box has a velvet interior and is thoughtfully and attractively packaged. Tucked into the top lid of the box is a certificate of analysis showing the purity of the product. And the shilajit is bitter and strong, how it should be. The actual product has an upper lid packing that prevents wastefulness bc it is liquid resistant. I can’t believe I snagged this for $10. It should have been 50. But am very grateful to these manufacturers. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. It made my night. This was a steal. I will treasure it!

I've tried quite a few different shilajits and by far the resin is the best however it does harden and get tricky to scoop out and isn't clear how much you should have on your scooper but does work great if you know how much to scoop

I'm not really a supplement user, but was looking for something that would help boost my daily energy level drinking those horrible energy drinks and thought I would try this product. I use the recommended dosage and put it in my morning mug of coffee along with honey. The taste is a bit earthy, like molasses and dissolves well in the coffee. I'm not really sure if I'm getting the energy boost that others say they are getting, but I'll give it the full test until the container is empty and re-evaluate then.
