I am still accessing it.
It is a bit different from my previous braun series 7

This is my first electric shaver and I’m never going back to disposable blades. I was having skin irritation and redness with blades. This Braun has done wonders and has corrected my skin irritation. My co worker said get a Braun if you get one and don’t go cheap. Also recommended foil instead rotating blades. The battery charge last forever. It does get a really close shave if you use it multiple passes. I can’t even imagine if top of the line Braun’s could be much better than the series 7. Works great wet or dry and very easy to clean.

What are the best shavers I’ve ever had does a really good job

I had a Braun Series 5 for 18 years that started getting a little rough. Went with the Series 7 based on reviews and price. Using it for a couple months now and am very pleased with it. No issues even if I skip shaving a day or two. Some reviewers complain about the instructions, which are mostly picture format and can be confusing, but that is not a big deal. My only comment relates to removal of the foil to shake out the trimmings, as it is not as easy to pop off as my Series 5 shaver.

I have an ARC 5 thing, is it's going on its second year, and the foil and blades need to be replaced, and those cost almost as much as a new razor. So I looked at the Braun. I was a bit apprehensive because the Series 3 version I had sucked. Then, after watching video reviews, I was going to get the series 8 and had actually ordered it when I noticed that you couldn't get a replacement OEM foil and cutters, even from the Braun website so I canceled and ordered this. With the Series 7, you can get a foil replacement for a reasonable price. The razor itself shaves about as good as the Arc 5, and the cleaning station is nice and convenient and is simple to use. The case is also good, my complaint is that there is no cover to protect the foil and proprietary charging cable, not the C. This razor comes with a lot of variable cutters, but I really would have preferred a pop-up trimmer. I think it's a durable shaver and powerful enough. I think it challenges the competition, and after some digging, I found it has a two-year warranty.
