If I could post pictures, I’d show how dramatically my sleep quality improved since I started using the Soundcore A20 Sleep Buds. On Garmin my Sleep score it could be as law as 47 now its 82 and stable. My body battery night charge changed from 18 to 50. Can you imagine that? I couldn't. 👀😅 I have small ears and I sleep on my back and side — and these are incredibly comfortable in both positions. They stay in place all night and don’t cause any discomfort, even when sleeping on my side. The passive noise isolation is excellent. They really do block out external sounds and lull me to sleep quickly. I personally prefer steady noises (like brown or pink noise) over nature sounds — and the Soundcore noise library has everything I need, so I don’t even use Bluetooth. The built-in sounds are great quality — no worse than what I get from my Sound Oasis S-6000 machine or its app. You can also mix up to three sounds together and transfer four custom mixes to the buds. Just keep in mind that there are three preloaded mixes on the buds, and you’ll need to delete them first if you want to replace them. No sleep buds are perfect, but these come the closest. I’ve previously tried Bose and Oslo — neither worked for me in terms of comfort or sound. I already ordered a second pair as a backup. And in June, Soundcore is launching a Kickstarter campaign for their new A30 version — definitely looking forward to it!🤩🙏 Oh, and if you have any issues with connection check your Bluetooth and battery permissions in your phone. That's happened to me, with my sound sleep mask. I disabled Bluetooth LE audio hardware offload in my telephone settings. And also check if you are using any sleep sound app or YouTube or whatever app you are using with sleepbuds. Battery optimization should be off in every app.

I purchased the Anker Soundcore Sleep A20 earbuds from Amazon, attracted by the advertised comfort, noise blocking, and sleep features. Unfortunately, the product developed issues within the warranty period. When I contacted Anker for support, I expected a professional resolution. Instead, they informed me that the A20 is no longer available and offered me either: • A downgrade to the older A10 model (with fewer features and shorter battery life), or • A 50% refund toward another product. I deliberately chose the A20 over the A10 when purchasing, so being forced to accept a lower version or partial refund feels unfair and unprofessional. Companies like Apple set the standard by replacing faulty products promptly or offering fair alternatives — even outside warranty. Anker, unfortunately, falls far short of that standard. This experience has been a disappointment and a lesson not to rely on “budget” brands for after-sales service. While the earbuds seemed promising at first, the poor warranty support has left me with no trust in Anker products going forward.

There were good when I first got them in January. Now in October the batteries don’t last through the night. And the sound is becoming distorted.

Love it , really worth, long battery life, comfortable and easy to use

I used Bose sleep buds but they were very pricey and after 1 year they would wouldn’t charge properly, so i tried these sleep buds and they are amazing! Comfortable to wear and sleep with definitely sound proof noise cancellation i live in a noisy busy area I do not hear anything! The best part is you can choose different sounds, white noises, or any music. The alarm is integrated so no need to stress about not hearing it from your phone. I definitely recommend if you are light sleeper like me or have a snoring partner 😅

Worst product especially for the price, didn’t helped sleep at all, doesn’t block or reduce noise even a bit until I put the sound full which is not good at all for the ears, it supposed to detect the noise and adjust volume accordingly but when I used it, that never happened

So i have tried many sleeping earbuds, the best ive tried so far were the bose sleepbuds 2 that died in the end, i saw lots of reviews about these soundcore ones and i was convinced they were better with longer battery life but to my disappointment they pressed against the cartlidge in my ear and my ear was sore the next day. Was quite disappointed. Dont know if a company will ever be able to perfect the sleeping buds in my life time.

Battery loses charge in the earbuds after some use. Last only a few hours not a full night even on 50% volume.... Not recommended!!
