For the price this a very good product, The only downside is it loses air kind of quickly but with the included air pump it is refilled within seconds.

It meets with my expectations.

I am overall very happy with the product. I attached it to my power rack and have been using it for a little over a month, and love it. There is one problem that I need assistance with. It seems that there is a leak at the stem where you fill it with air. It protrudes, and when in use, if it is hit loses air. I was hoping to get a replacement bag if possible. The mounting bracket is fine. Annoying that I have to fill it daily, or sometimes in the middle of a session. Any assistance/information would be appreciated.

Product is sturdy seems to be well made, however there was a manufacturing error - no thread on the spring end. Screw unable to screw in.

After reading reviews I purchased this speed bag. When I opened the box, the description indicates it is a boxing speed bag. This is wrong, anyone who uses a speedbag for training in boxing, knows this bag is for MMA. The spring is too stiff, mitigating the hand eye coordination a real boxing speed bag provides. It's also much smaller. The bag can not be used as a replacement for the standard speedbag. There is a bolt that must be screwed into the mount. There's no loop to attach the bag to a swivel. I'd return it, i figure I'll tweak the bolts to allow attaching to a swivel; or, I'll use the bladder as a replacement. I do like the wall mount, however, without a board for the bag to bounce off.. That's another tweak. So, I would NOT BUY AGAIN, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BAG FOR THOSE WHO BOX. THIS IS NOT A BOXING SPEEDBAG.Save your money and stick with Everlast. I certainly should have, I went to a local sporting good store and bought an actual boxing speedbag. Boxing speedbag come in S, M, L. This bag is also not the same quality. I have been boxing and using a speedbag for 30+ years.I tried saving $ during a cash crunch. It wasnt worth it.If you're into MMA, Cage fighting, this bag will probably work for you. If you're a serious boxer, this IS NOT GOING TO PROVIDE THE TRAINING AN ACTUAL BOXING SPEEDBAG PROVIDES.

Initially, my impression of this item was not very positive, as I judged it solely by its appearance. The packaging appeared small and somewhat unappealing. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its performance. This punching bag has delivered some of the most effective workouts I've experienced to date, proving that a product's exterior does not always reflect its capabilities.

Package arrived on time. I thought it was going to be complicated to install buy it was actually very easy to install. I found stud using a stud finder I bought fro Home Depot and used an impact drill with a 1/4 inch multi-material drill bit to drill the two holes. I used an 11/16 shallow socket (I'm not sure which measurements it uses, mm or inches), with socket wrench on the screws for wood installation. I think the entire installation process took me approximately 30 minutes because I have never installed anything like this before. It would probably take only five minutes for someone who is more familiar with tools. I am happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend to others to buy.
