Supplements can be subjective and this one I swear by. Recurring knee issue has required contant use of a knee brace. Taking the R-ALA with a collagen broth has made a huge difference. I've been jogging with my dog lately, one time down a dirt hill out of necessity. No pain, able to excercise, lift weights.. and quality, reliability makes a difference R-ALA not S-ALA. it makes a difference.

Multiple references (from doctors, clinical research) recommend R-ALA. This also has benfotiamine (also widely recommended). This helps with A1C, kidney health, and reduces inflammation.
