It works well with kitchen cabinets - chipboard/ particle board
Bought to fix a kitchen cabinet door hinge that was too loose due to enlarged hole that prevented me from screwing in a mounting plate for a hinge. Cut into strips, shaped to go into a round hole. Mounting plate securely screwed in. I would recommend

Fiddly, but effective
Found this to be really fiddly to get it into the screw hole and then get the screw in, but once you've cursed at it a few times, it does what it's supposed to do.

Amazing product!
Amazing product, my kitchen cupboard door was hanging loose as the screw hole for the hinge had gotten too large. Literally cut a couple of these to the size of the hole with scissors, poked them in the hole and the door screwed back into the hinge like a dream!

Good concept but not easy to use
The usefulness of this product probably has to do with the relative size of the screw holes. I found with my kitchen cupboard hinge fixing that it only effected a temporary repair.

Perfect for the job
Was a bit worried when I seen some reviews but I needn’t have. I had a bathroom door handle that had been poorly fitted by house builder on new build. I’d tried epoxy, 2 part adhesives the lot so had nothing to lose before I was going to have to change the door. I twisted these into the oversized holes in pieces until the holes were about half full. All 3 screws went in a dream and the handle is now very secure with no movement at all. Highly recommend
