Stopped working within a year
Today’s update; I posted a picture of the 57 ink cartridge error my printer flashes. My printer flashes this error no matter how many times I removed the cartridge and clean it and the printer contacts. Today the company emailed me and said they are sending me a new 57 ink cartridge. I’ll let you know how that works out. Update; the color 57 cartridge stopped working lass then a year. I would Not recommend buying these print cartridges. These ink cartridges fit perfectly in my HP PCS 2510 photo smart printer. Print test for black and white and color passed. I only printed a few pages and it seems to have work and printed fine. Only time will tell if these ink cartridges dry up too fast or if they will last.

Value for quality
Haven't had the chance to use any at this time but looking forward to it. Their price is great but time will tell the real story.

Reasonable Purchase
The original print cartridges are very expensive at the retail stores. The refilled cartridges are very reasonable and I was not aware they were available until I saw them on Amazon. The refilled cartridges work just like new and I have no problems with them. This item is a very good buy.

Hit and miss!
These were a great value and so I reluctantly tried them to save a lot of money. The first black cartridge worked great and I printed a couple of long tax returns and more. Then abruptly I got an error message from my printer that the cartridge was defective. Replaced it with another that I was told was also defective. So I went to my local Staples and bought a genuine HP 56 cartridge. Problem solved. I have expressed my disappointment to ValueToner and am awaiting a reply. Others have said that they are very responsive. We'll see.I did receive a reply from the seller within 24 hours with suggestions on how to solve the problem. The suggestions worked and so now I have a back-up to my genuine HP cartridge. So my rating is raised from 2 to 3 stars. Still a bit frustrated with the hassle and the time and money it cost me.One more update (12/2020) - I have found the colors of the color cartridge not to be accurate. For instance, red is nonexistent. When I order again I will stick to the black only. just put a black one in and it works fine at a fraction of the price of a new one.

Cartridge trouble, but good customer service.
UPDATE: customer service contacted me after this review was posted. They had already refunded my money and offered to send me a new set of cartridges. I increased the rating to 3 stars due to their customer service. When the cartridges arrived, one of the black ones had leaked a little both inside and out of its plastic package. I installed that one first after cleaning it up. I lasted a matter of days, just a few pages worth of printing, before it was dry. The second black cartridge I installed was fine at first, but after just a few weeks of very light use, it now says it is "faulty or not compatible with the printer." The color cartridge I put in was not recognized at first. I had to fiddle and reinstall and finally it worked but didn't print colors very clearly - some had lines of variation across them and so on. Waste of money.

Good replacement ink cartridges
I think everyone has caught on to the deceptive pricing schemes that the major computer printer companies are using nowadays- sell people a cheap printer and make the big bucks by selling them expensive ink cartridges. So it's nice I was able to find a replacement ink cartridge for my HP printer at a fraction of the cost for a manufacturer's cartridge. And so far they are printing just fine.

Short Llife
Great quality while they lasted. But they dried up after about 225 pages.
