I’m really happy with this turning peel. It’s works great for turning pizzas in my Ooni 16. I decided to by this one in particular because of the rubber handle, and I’m glad I did because the rubber handle is comfortable to hold. It’s very light but sturdy making it easy to use. The dark color looks nice, and the non stick coating works well so even when I made a big mess it was very easy to clean. Overall it’s a great purchase and worth the price. I recommend watching some YouTube videos on how to turn a pizza before using this because there is a learning curve and it’s easy to tear the pizza accidentally.

This turning peel is fantastic! I purchased the 8 inch version to use in my Gozney Arc and it really makes it easy to turn the pizzas without having to remove them from the oven. The handle on this one is longer than many of the other ones of this style so I am able to reach the back of the oven if needed without burning the hair off my knuckles. The whole peel is made of aluminum, so it is very light and easy to control. The arrow shape in the center adds a little bit of grip so it makes it a little easier to grab your pizzas and spin them. The rubber handle is nice and grippy, and has a hook on the end so you can easily store it on a hook instead of having to lay it down when you are cooking pizzas. Its very easy to assemble, just a few screws you use to attach to the handle with the provided screwdriver. Other companies sell this same peel design for a LOT more, so for the price point it is a fantastic deal. It is easy to clean as the hard anodized aluminum is nonstick, and its also very durable. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now quite a bit, and there are no scrapes or scratches from using it against the stone floor of the oven. I am very pleased with this purchase, it looks great and works even better!

Works great for my pizza oven. Make sure to only use it for turning the pizza not initially entertaining it. Thick so doesn’t bend, I put a little flour on it when using it so doesn’t attempt to stick but haven’t had an issue. Rinses right off so easy clean up

Good product, would be a little better with a longer handle if you have a properly hot oven (like an Ooni) but you get what you pay for and the price on this was hard to beat.

This worked great for us!! We got an outdoor BBQ that had a pizza oven in it and I wanted something that would make it easy to put the pizza in and take it out. This one works great and is able to be cleaned easily. Simple to use and not super huge or heavy to make it awkward. I really love it and would definitely recommend it!

I think I'm overheating my pellet oven, but I'm sure I'll figure it out. This will help. Sturdy, with a bevelled front edged to sneak under that half-baked pie and give it a spin. Nice non-stick coating.

One of my 2025 goals was to learn to make pizza in a cheap pizza oven with dough I made from fresh milled wheat berries. Without this peel, I wouldn't be able to turn my little pizza's. I have a total of 4 peels: one wooden, this one (for turning the pizza while in the oven), and two large vented ones, that I don't really use anymore. I honestly just use this one and the wooden one to launch it into the oven. It works well, easy to clean, and with enough corn meal, nothing sticks to it. Is it attractive? Not really but the start of the show is the pizza anyway.

Doesn't have a hugely large handle so nifty to use in tight spaces especially if you have an electric pizza oven.

I was considering buying the Ooni version of this and very happy that chose this. Is very well made, and definately does the job as well as the Ooni counterpart. In my opinion is a good buy
