You'll get hot and blustered!
The media could not be loaded. This boxing training machine is a domestic version of "Whack a mole" from arcades (or the speed trainers you see on gym walls). It's really great fun and certainly gives you a good aerobic workout - I'm still a bit out of breath after trying it out!The gloves provided are adequate but provide little protection to the thumb if you happen to hit the machine in the wrong way. Fortunately the machine appears to be extremely robust as you would expect.Although you can turn the music off by going into "Bluetooth" mode (providing your own training music) there is no option to just have a work out with no music at all (unless you connect to Bluetooth and just don't play anything across)Fixing instructions are comprehensive with information of how to attach the machine to the wall if it's going to be left in place or moved up and down (for players with a different height). This is via Velcro strips either horizontally or vertically placed on the wall (or indeed a large round sticky pad that fits across the back of the pad). It's a pity that a 'hanging' option is not also provided as an option for people who don't have a piece of wall they'd like to keep the machine permanently on.The machine can vary the flash rate of the lights and the speed of the sequence. It counts the number of correct hits (but doesn't seem to have a set session time , e.g. 3 minutes, to accomplish this tally) and the average response time . It appears that when you miss a target, the unit has a very quick random section around each pad before settling back into its timed routine. This would be great for a youth club or school setting or maybe even for an adult games evening where one machine could be used in turn to compete against others. It would also be great to train reaction times and response rates for a fledgling boxer (or any sportsman requiring to hone their reactions to rapidly changing stimuli). In a domestic situation the user would have to be dedicated to using this as part of a developed routine rather than 'every now and then" as , although it is exciting and rewarding initially, this would soon wear off after repeated use.Once again the instructions are provided in such miniscule text that you either need extremely good eyesight or a magnifying glass to read them! The sound volume can be reduced according to the manual but the key presses suggested to do this did little on the unit I was trying. I'd love to see the unit challenging users to beat their last total in a given session time rather than a free form use.I reckon that this will be a great 'hit' at the next games evening that we hold, and you certainly pump up your heart rate and achieve aerobic exercise with just a short session time that can be gradually extended.

Great way to incorporate exercise
Got for the summer holidays and the kids love it , it’s such a good way to stay active , the console itself plays music and lights up, it’s quite similar to the old school just dance but a bit more intense, you can control the volume and speed as well , which is amazing. Overall great product , the size is more suited for children however I would say
