An excellent alternative to LMNT, particularly for those committed to water fasting and keto lifestyles. One of the very few unflavoured options available, completely free from sweeteners—unlike Dr. Berg’s electrolytes, which contain stevia. The absence of sweeteners, however, doesn’t mean it tastes unpleasant; in fact, it’s surprisingly palatable. It does sit at the higher end of the price spectrum. Better compared to salt tablets.

My partner needs a good dose of electrolytes daily and after trying some, these provide both the amount and have some interesting tastes that make the, unavoidably salty, mix easier to drink.

Electrolytes are salty, so they are not going to taste great on their own. So mix with some water and chug it. these flavours were interesting, the lemon and lime suited the salt best. But on the whole no too bad.

I love the ease and convenience of these electrolytes; I take them everywhere with me. They are super yummy, full of all the right things and devoid of anything nasty, like sugar or aspartame. They help me fast and replace lost sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium to ensure that I am fully hydrated in the correct way. Also superb for helping with a hangover after a few too many vodkas! Amazing people behind the brand; just a pleasure to deal with. I give then a firm 10/10

These taste really gross, I knew they were going to taste salty but it's really unpleasant to the point it made me feel nauseous.
