SO WONDERFUL, discovered @r&G fitness. Love the guys at lockout supps. This protein is well priced, very mixable and amazing alone, in yogurt, or oatmeal. A hidden gem for sure

I bought the vanilla one.. Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 coz it gives me a little speedy recovery after my workout unlike other brands but i hate how it tastes, too much artificial sweetners and it doesnt dissolve well .. u need a blender beleive me.. so what i do is i add half a scoop with a huge scoop from another brand RSP for a meal replacement to just help me tolerate the taste alittle bit

Flavor decent standard vanilla. It should just say vanilla not waffle cone not getting much of a waffle cone
