Victorinox Swiss Army knife - Swiss Champ Black

I have big and small Victorinox and Leatherman EDC multitiols, this is my first medium sized. Here are my general notes and usage experiences after 15 days.1) Got it at a great price.2) I use it in my car keychain. Definitely too big for that, fills jeans pocket fully, and quite heavy for pocket carry. It however is a small enough to be kept permanently in the armrest or dash compartment. My sole reason to buy it was to carry it in car.3) Comes in 3 colors (black, red, transparent white), black seemed inconspicous hence my choice.4) The standard Victorinox quality I trust, all the blades feel solid. However these days I've seen oiling instructions as well as light oil on new knives, which makes me think about the stainless steel quality. It will take years to figure it out, so lets see.5) Because of the number of tools, the tool is quite wide. However, it does not feel unweildy in using any of the tools, it actually is quite comfortable to use.6) It has some tools that are firsts in my collection: ballpen (just a tiny refill really, replacement may be difficult, perhaps a standard refill cut into a smaller size may work), paper pinhead, tiny screwdriven that fits in the cork-screw (not a great way to store though, when you use the cork-screw you have to be careful not to lose it).7) The small scissor is quite usable.8) The pliers are too small for most practical uses, don't grip so well and you can't use much force since you can only hold it with a finger, not the full hand. I come from full-size plier EDCs (Leatherman Super Tool 300, Victorinox Swiss Tool X), so this is practically useless.Overall, build quality is top-notch, and but for few qualms here and there, its a great small tool to keep in your car or backpack for general purposes.

The knife was received with a missing part. The steel pin is not there. Very disappointed. Have asked for a replacement which is being handled promptly by Amazon

This is a near perfect knife and tools.The best feedback from the tools switching back and forth into swiss champ. Who ever see this swiss champ with me asking how much it cost whether 300-500 or even below.I can't convince them with cost. And it is very costly.

Its very handy for me. Wish it came with a carry pouch. The only negative for me is the magnifying lens, it come off sometime, there's a chances of losing it accidentally. The other tools are excellent.

As sturdy as a Swiss knife

I recieved an already used product. The product was not sealpacked. When i opened the box i found greasy marks inside the box. Swiss knife had scratches. It seemed like the knife had been used many times then packed in a box and sold
