Difficult to operate.thin iron rod has come out
The recliner is good. Only problem is it is rather difficult to operate so that we use it as a sofa only

Squeaking sounds while rocking
I had ordered a leatherette recliner but the one delivered was fabric. The recliner is comfortable but there are squeaking sounds from the springs while rocking. The Amazon carpenter does not have any knowledge about the recliner except installation which anybody can do. We don't need a 'carpenter'. He asked me to return the product without even attempting to rectify the issue. I would suggest that they send someone from Stanley Lifestyle who are the manufacturers of Lazboy recliners for installation and troubleshooting.

It isn't comfortable.
The sitting isn't comfortable as the top does not align with the shoulder so there's always an extra cushion on your back that you don't really need. I'd suggest any buyer to buy a higher price range product.

Really disappointing.
The form in the recliner is of low grade you can feel the frame within a few months after continues use.
