Worth the price
We already using same brand before for more than 10 years still running, that trust made us to buy the same brand again, new product is amazing and works perfectly, costly but worth the price.

Okay product poor delivery
Initially received defective product and after replacing it with new item it was working fine. Esp: Pathetic delivery service !!!!!!

A very Good Product
My first order delivery did not work as expected. The package itself was damaged and when i switched on the device, the sound was louder than usual and it didn't grind well and took a longer time for grinding. When I called Amazon customer service they assisted me very well by replacing the product in a very quick time. Second delivery of the product was good and the sound was very low and taking less time to grind :-) Thanks Amazon.

Smooth fluffy batter but no timer nor automatic shut off after grinding process.
Very nice grinder. Bought mainly for dal &rice batter.usully takes 25min for thé whole process of grinding.add water according to thé required batter consistency. It says it has a timer.but I don't see any timer given nor does it has any automatic shut off after grinding process!!. Otherwise it's nice.does it's job perfectly, smooth fluffy batter.that's thé batter that required.thanks amazon& elgi ultra.bought this seeing thé various recommendations of thé people who already bought this.I'm glad I bought it.

Good product.
The product is good and it works well. It is fast, efficient and works without a loud noise. 3 stars because I received a cracked plastic Center piece and i didnt have the option to replace it, i could only return. But overall, product is good.

Not easy to take the batter from the drum .. we have to take whole drum and pour the batter ..
