Quality Fountain Pen
Have not purchased a Sheaffer pen in decades.Pen is well constructed. Quality materials. Nib is easy writing, even ink flow. Color of the pen is unique.Very nice quality for extremely handsome price.

Well-Made Quality
This is an exceptionally well-made and very attractive fountain pen.

writes poorly
This is a beautiful pen. It's sad that I have to give it 1 star. However, it won't write smoothly and I have to shake it to get any ink out at all. I'm using a quality ink from Daler & Rowney, so that's not the problem. The refillable cartridge is awkward to use and difficult to reload.

Here's what you need to know
It writes VERY smoothly. even though it has a fine nib. Ink flow is excellent. It writes well on normal paper, so no need to buy special paper for it. It's a fairly light pen. You may prefer a heavier one. It comes with two small cartridges and a converter. The cartridges fit snugly, which makes them difficult to load into the pen. I haven't yet used the converter. I own many fountain pens--too many. I'm glad I bought this one. It's the best in my collection.

This pen is awesome!
Love everything about it, especially the little coffee cup. Think this takes the Shaeffer VFM cartridges (Euro style). Couldn't be happier with it!

Beautiful for Cafe journaling
The media could not be loaded. Really love this beautiful coffee ombre effect colored fountain pen. I use it for my coffee journaling. I've paired it with some beautiful Browns like the cafe crema by Robert Oster, it's very smooth and juicy- lovely to keep in my pen collection. update: this pen dries out very quickly if not used, even when stored properly.

Did I get a bad one..?
Seeing the reviews for this makes me wonder if I got a defective pen or something, because mine does NOT write well. It skips miserably and the lines don't go down smoothly no matter what kind of paper I write on. I find writing a chore because of it. The nib itself even looks cheaply made. It's so strange! Ugh... So, I guess this goes into the pen cup and won't come back out, and that saddens me.
