People end up struggling through out their lives though their issues could have been addressed, had they been aware of those issues. This book allows you to avoid this tragedy by making you aware what is normal and what is not and how far you are from being normal.

There are many amazing things in this book
There are many amazing things in this book, but what I liked most about it is how practical and applicable it is—from how to protect your brain from subtle damage that can accrue to how to defeat ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts) and regain control of your brain and your mind. This is one of the most immediately useable books on the brain I’ve ever read.

Go for it if you want to keep your brain sharp and young.
This is a book for anyone who wants to keep his brain sharp for longer period in later age also. So Daniel explains which habits should be inculcated and what should be avoided. The book gives you very generic information and doesn't really teach you guiding fundamentals/ principles. It's very expensive.

Please published the book in Hindi Language , many people want to read this book n but not available in hindi . 50 Crore Indian people talk to each other in Hindi language.
